Heather McCullogh has worked in the
legal field for over nine years. Her level of commitment to
all clients sets her apart from many of her counterparts. Heather
can be contacted directly at any time. She will follow through
and make certain that the level of personal attention provided

them. As a member of the National Association of Legal Administrators,
Heather stays abreast of current legal issues and challenges
facing law firms across the country, which she directly passes
on to the client in an effort to respond to clients’ wishes
and increase services provided at a good value for our clients.
Heather’s areas of expertise include the formation and
maintenance of companies not only in California but in numerous
states, including Delaware and Nevada. She also maintains contacts
at the Contractors State License
Board and can assist clients
through the myriad of paperwork involved in the licensing process.
Heather is an experienced notary in the State of California
and provides these services to clients, and others as needed,
including being able to assist in the attainment of the internationally
recognized apostille. Heather believes in a personal approach
to every matter and is more than willing to answer any question
you might have. |

Shauna Levine has worked in the legal field for almost five years after receiving her law degree from McGeorge School of Law in 2003. Shauna conducted her under-graduate coursework in Business and Political Science at American Jewish University (formally known as the University of Judaism) and graduated with honors. Shauna has extensive experience in the area of family law, but also has experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, contract law and business law. Shauna is detail oriented, hard working and passionate about assisting clients with their legal needs. Mrs. Levine would love to speak with you about any concerns or questions you may have. |

Brendan McDonald has been in the legal field for over
six years after having received his under-graduate degree in Sociology and
Psychology. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (2004). Brendan
has had experience with a wide variety of practice areas including an internship
at the San Diego County Public Defenders. Mr. McDonald also has experience
in a wide variety of civil matters and is used to the demands of trial preparation.
Brendan has worked in all areas of civil litigation including insurance litigation,
contract and labor disputes and has a firm grasp of civil procedure and local
rules in numerous California courts. His experience allows him to look at matters
with a unique perspective. Brendan is always happy to discuss any questions
or concerns with clients. |

Cristina Cota is usually the first
voice you will hear when you call the firm. Ms. Cota is currently
attending City College set on getting her degree. Cristina strives
to have a personal knowledge of all of our clients so that from
the moment you call McCullogh & Associates your experience will
be one with a personal touch. She will direct you to the right
person within the firm and personally assist you in any way she

Marlynne McCullogh manages all of the accounting
for McCullogh & Associates. Marlynne earned her Bachelor of Science degree
from Cal State San Marcos in 1996 and has over 30 years of accounting experience
in diverse industries including construction, land use, and non-profits.
Her business experience allows the
firm to run efficiently and effectively. These benefits are passed directly

Marlynne maintains first hand knowledge of all firm matters and exercises
